We love what we do, and we are sure not only will you love the result, but that it also brings rewards to your business. 1.0 Payment Terms

1.1 Acceptable Payments methods are: BACS, cheque or cash. All projects will be invoiced on completion.

1.2 A £15 discount will be applicable if payment is made in advance or on the day of the shoot, by cash or cheque paid directly to the photographer.

1.3 We reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit on booking of your virtual tour.

1.4 When the first draft is completed the client will have 6 days to request changes. On the 7th day an invoice will be sent via e-mail with a term of 7 days from date of invoice. Edits made after the invoice has been sent MAY be suject to additional charges.

1.5 Where the tour is to be hosted on the property owners website, the files, folders and code necessary to embed the tours will only be provided once payment is received in full.

1.6 Where the tour is hosted by 360virtual-tours.net, the tour will be deleted if payment is not received after 2 weeks from the invoice date.

1.7 If the tour has to be reinstated following its deletion resulting from late payment, there will be a supplimentary charge of £30.

1.8 360virtual-tours.net reserves the right to re-possess any material or services that have been associated with the project while an account remains in arrears. Continuing to display work produced by 360virtual-tours.net will be in breach of copyright law, and could result in legal action.

2.0 Quotations and Pricing

2.1 Quotations remain valid for 90 days from date sent.

2.2 Should there be any extra work made during the project in addition to that originally quoted for, we will notify the designated shoot contact prior to continuing any work as to what the additional charges will be.

2.3 Pricing is subject to change with 1 months notice in writing.

3.0 Copywrite and Usage

3.1 360virtual-tours.net retains the copyright of all work produced, until the work has been paid for. This includes all:

- Photography
- Post Production
- Website Design
- Printed Media
- Virtual Tours (Flash, QTVR or Java formats)

3.2 360virtual-tours.net reserves the right to display on its work the words "Tour by 360virtual-tours.net".

3.3 All work produced by 360virtual-tours.net can only be used as agreed during the initial project discussions. If the work produced is used in any other way then we reserve the right to charge for these unagreed services.

3.4 Finished virtual tour projects will be featured in our 'portfolio' section, and may at certain times, featured tours within our website and home page.

4.0 On Location

4.1 It is the clients responsibility to ensure the locations are 'dressed' and suitable for the shoot and to the standard they expect. A 360virtual-tours.net photographer will not 'dress' a location and will shoot the rooms as presented. Any photography that requires a re-shoot due to a lack of preparation will be charged for as per our pricing structure.

4.2 If delays are attributed to lack of preparation on the clients side, additional charges may be made on the final invoice at our standard rate of £30 per hour, with a minimum charge of £30.

4.3 Health & Safety regulations are the responsibility of the client and site owner. If our photographer feels his safety may be in danger he has the right to stop all work. This delay will be charged at a rate of £35 per hour, and will be shown on the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 Models / live subjects used within photography / virtual tours that are under the age of 18 will need to have permission from a parent / legal guardian. This must be arranged prior to the shoot to avoid any delays. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange for models or live subjects.

5.0 Post Production

5.1 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the tours are suitable for their own website. 360virtual-tours.net will always help the clients web developers, although the final responsibility is with the client. Any additional help given other than the supply of code and general fault finding will be charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum charge of £30, and will appear on the final invoice.

5.2 When the tours are complete, the virtual tour will be made available for you to view on our computer. When these are approved and the project is completed any further changes requested after this time will be charged at an hourly rate of £30, with a minimum charge of £30.

5.3 Additional post production outside of the initial agreed quote will be charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum charge of £30.

5.4 Any changes to virtual tour images, skins or templates that are requested after the completion of your project will be charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum charge of £30.

5.5 Projects are, on average, completed within 14 working days of the shoot date, providing subsequent information we require has been provided in a timely manner (i.e. logos for the tour skin, location names etc). More complex tours will vary in completion times and expected completion dates will be outlined in your quote.

6.0 Liability

6.1 360virtual-tours.net cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred as a result of the services provided. 360virtual-tours.net cannot be held liable for any costs associated with failure of its performance with regards to the services produced.

6.2 360virtual-tours.net cannot be held responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to a delay in the production of any of our services, as due to the nature of work exact time limits cannot be specified.

6.3 These terms and conditions are subject to constant review, always ensure you have read the latest version prior to any project.

7.0 Warranty and Performance

7.1 Due to the nature of our services, 360virtual-tours.net do not offer any warranty. If you identify any bugs or errors, these must be made clear to us within 10 working days of receipt of the goods / service.

7.2 All our tours are produced to be run on Adobe's Flash platform. Due to the constant changing nature of Flash, we cannot guarantee that in future Flash updates our tours will perform as when produced. We do however always keep an eye on technological advances and always ensure our tours comply with current releases.

7.3 Flash performance varies on different computer or browser setups. 360virtual-tours.net cannot be held responsible for tours that do not run on some users computers.
